Ms. Latina International
Farah is from Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated from the University of Utah in International studies, with an emphasis in Political Science and International Security. She has a passion for Politics and believes the only way to make change is to be involved. In the past she has worked at the Department of Health in Washington D.C., for the House of Representatives in Utah, studied International Law in Germany, worked with former Senator Bennett for a Harvard study, was a Field Organizer for a winning Mayoral race in Salt Lake City, traveled around the nation working for the Bernie Sanders campaign, a Campaign Manager for a Congressional race and now works in Washington D.C. for the Democratic Attorney General Association.
Being a first generation American, her Mother is from Chile and her Father from Honduras. She has always tried to exemplify the definition of hard work because of the example her parents have given her. She was Miss Utah Latina 2015 and was able to represent her beautiful state at the Miss USA Latina competition in Cancun, Mexico. She enjoys volunteering with different Non-profit organizations such as the Susan S. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer, Communidades Unidas, Chile Una Postal, and the Special Olympics. She is very excited for the opportunity to be part of the Ms. Latina International Pageant representing her family heritage. We are also happy she chose to join us.
